What Is AREXVY?

AREXVY is an FDA-approved vaccine for the prevention of lower respiratory tract disease (LRTD) caused by respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) in:

  • people 60 years of age and older;
  • people 18 through 59 years of age at increased risk for LRTD caused by RSV.

AREXVY is not for use in pregnant people.

Increased risk includes people 18 through 59 years of age with conditions like:

Respiratory
disease

Liver
disease

Cardiovascular
disease

Kidney
disease

Diabetes

Neurologic or neuromuscular conditions*

*Individuals 18 through 49 years of age.

AREXVY was proven effective in a large study with people 60+ years.
